We will handle the issue by communicating directly with the shipping company. Please be aware that once you have signed for the package, we cannot be held liable for any lost items or damages to the contents.

If you discover a quality problem with your product, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
To receive a full refund, you must return the product to us. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 72 hours.
We will cover all shipping costs for replacement products that we send to you.

For quality - related problems reported within 3 days of receipt, we offer a replacement service.
Send the defective product back to us. Upon receipt, we will promptly send you a new replacement at no additional cost, and we'll cover the shipping fees for the replacement product.
3. 30 - Days Return and Partial Refund
Please note that we cannot provide a full refund for reasons such as:

"The product was delivered late."
In these cases, we will deduct a handling fee based on your total order amount and issue a partial refund.
